This printable zine examines the housing crisis in Paterson, looking at how investors are colluding with public official to push out longtime residents in favor of wealthier patrons, a process that is referred to as gentrification. Much of this is sold to us as "development" but in reality it comes to exclude vulnerable residents. Rather they improve living conditions for those already here, it prioritizes wealthier newcomers at the expense of our people.
